Forming partnerships with local businesses, segregating waste, collecting rainwater, hosting awareness workshops… Everything we do is designed to limit our impact on nature.
In the kitchen, the same principles are upheld. Our chef only offers homemade dishes made with healthy and untreated ingredients. The producers and breeders we partner with are all located in the region so we can guarantee short supply chains and product traceability.
